TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using AI Social Finder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our engine is engineered strictly for legal Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), dating safety verification, and catfish defense.

PERMITTED / ETHICAL USE

Catfish detection, self-doxxing audits, authorized missing person investigation, cybersecurity research, and dating verification.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Stalking, targeted harassment, unlawful surveillance, blackmail, doxxing individuals without consent, or scanning minors.

[ 01 // ACCEPTANCE ]

1. BINDING CONTRACT & AGE RESTRICTION

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and AI Social Finder (“AI Social Finder”, “we”, “us”). You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to utilize this service.

If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must immediately terminate access and discontinue use of AI Social Finder.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY & HARASSMENT PROHIBITION

AI Social Finder provides biometric search tools for legitimate verification and public information analysis. You explicitly agree and warrant that you will NOT:

A. STALKING & INVASION OF PRIVACY: You shall not track, stalk, intimidate, or physically locate any individual for coercive or abusive purposes.
B. SCANNING OF MINORS: You are strictly forbidden from uploading, scanning, or processing facial images of any person under the age of 18.
C. COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION & SCRAPING: You shall not deploy automated scrapers, botnets, or reverse-proxy wrappers around our API without express written authorization.

3. STATISTICAL NATURE OF BIOMETRIC SIMILARITY

AI Social Finder utilizes advanced statistical deep-learning models to compute similarity scores between uploaded images and publicly indexed profiles.

ACCURACY NOTICE:

• Similarity percentages (e.g. 96%, 84%) indicate vector proximity, not certified legal identity verification.

• Lookalikes, doppelgängers, deepfakes, or altered photographs may produce false-positive or false-negative correlations.

• Search results should not serve as sole evidence in legal or disciplinary proceedings.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI SOCIAL FINDER, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

5. TAKEDOWNS & OPT-OUT PROCESS

We honor all legitimate opt-out requests from individuals who do not wish to be included in similarity search results. To enforce suppression of your biometric vectors, please utilize our Opt-Out Registry.

[ 06 // GOVERNING LAW ]

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with international digital commerce principles and arbitration standards. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration.
